Comments about the book.

Terry,

Just wanted to say again that I really enjoyed your book.  It should be a "must read" for all students.  It has a wealth of information on our founding fathers, and their intentions when framing this nation, all in one place.  Knowledge like this would make it hard for the "liberal, non-American, movement" to brainwash our children into believing the progressive lies being fed to them in our public educational system today.

Thank you again for my signed copy.  I think it should also be a "must read" for every elected official, as they clearly do not understand where the power to govern comes from nor do they realize that this is NOT the first time, a tyrannical government has tried to overrun the American people, nor will it be the first time that the American people put these TREASONOUS TYRANTS in their place!

THANK YOU FOR STATING THE TRUTH AND BE DARNED THOSE THAT WANT TO DENY IT!!!!

"American history is fascinating.  To a conservative,  liberal writers who attempt to change American history is blasphemy.  The author of "Guards at the Gate",  Terry W. Bettis,  read and researched over 40 historical books and accurately recounts the events that transpired over 200 years ago as our nation evolved prior to, during and following the Revolutionary War.  Once you get started, it is difficult to put this book down until you are familiar with the rest of the title, "How To Win The War At Home."

I just finished reading Guards at the Gate, by Terry Bettis. It is a great walk through our history and quite inciteful. I recommend it to all true Americans. What a wake-up call. Great work, Terry. I read the whole book in one sitting. It's truly amazing what our founding fathers went through for this great country, and what the despots in power are doing to it, today. Kuddos!

Abraham Lincoln commented, ?The money powers prey upon the nation in times of peace and conspire against it in times of adversity. It is more despotic than a monarchy, and more selfish than bureaucracy. It denounces as public enemies, all who question its methods or throw light upon its crimes. I have two great enemies, the Southern Army in front of me and the bankers in the rear. Of the two, the one at my rear is my greatest foe!?

“Let us not forget the religious character of our origin. Our fathers were brought hither by their high veneration for the Christian religion. They journeyed by its light, and labored in its hope. They sought to incorporate its principles with the elements of their society, and to diffuse its influence through all their institutions, civil, political, or literary. Let us cherish these sentiments, and extend..." More to come.... TB

·        Now, Our President (Barack Hussein Obama) has determined that we are not at war with Terrorists or Islamist extremists.

Not at war with the people who killed 3000 Americans on September 11, 2001; the people who will decapitate you and show your severed head to the World.

In 1913, President Woodrow Wilson approved the Federal Reserve Act. A few years later, he reflected: "I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country.
